Hello there! Murf here.

I’m a comedian/writer/actor whose work has been recognized by Rolling Stone, Newsweek, Forbes, The A.V. Club, Penthouse, and New York Magazine, among others.

My TV and film credits include Late Night with Seth Meyers (NBC), Friends from College (Netflix), Broad City (Comedy Central), The Chris Gethard Show (truTV), Younger (TV Land), Alternatino (Comedy Central), How to Be Single (New Line), Nerve (Lionsgate), on-air commentary for The MLB Network, and live performances at Bonnaroo, SXSW, and Comic-Con.

As a voice-over actor I’ve rented my pipes out to dozens of clients: national TV commercials (Verizon, Toyota, Jose Cuervo, Snickers, Lysol), radio spots (Lowe’s, NFL, Bacardi), promos (NBC, truTV, Starz Encore), corporate narration (Budweiser, Wendy’s, Nicorette), video games (Rockstar, Warner Bros.), animation (Nickelodeon), and new media projects (Broadway Video, ESPN, Funny or Die).

Also, my feature script Heyna? recently won The Redlist, a screenplay competition from DSA-LA’s Hollywood Labor, and I’m the creator/host of the podcast series Murf Meyer is Self-Medicated.
